Job Title: Part -Time Teacher’s Aide

Position: Full-Time Teacher (Infants, Toddlers, Preschoolers)

• Design engaging, hands-on activities to inspire children's learning and creativity.

• Maintain regular communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.

• Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness by following essential procedures and guidelines.

• Minimum: 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.

• Certification: MA DEEC Teacher Certification

• Experience: 1 year of teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred).

• Education: CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or a related field (preferred).

• Skills: Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

• Full vaccination for COVID-19, including booster and flu shot.

• Comply with all federal, state, local, and Bright Horizons policies regarding immunizations, physical screenings, and health and safety training.

• Provide in-person care and curriculum delivery at the early education center in accordance with Bright Horizons policies and laws.
