Responsibilities:

• Develop hands-on activities that meet children's needs and interests.

• Maintain open communication with parents about their child's daily milestones.

• Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following all procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18 years with a high school diploma or GED.

• 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred).

• MA Department of Early Education & Care (DEEC) Teacher Certification (required).

• CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or a related field (preferred).

• Knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) for children.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $24.75 – $30.20 per hour (based on experience, education, and certifications).

• $1,000 hiring incentive after 100 days of employment (offer expires March 31, 2025).
