Job Description: Infant Teacher

Full-Time Positions Available at:
Bright Horizons at The Prudential Center (Toddler and Preschool)
Bright Horizons at Beacon Hill (Preschool)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop hands-on activities tailored to children's needs and interests.
Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
Ensure a safe, clean classroom by adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum age: 18 years with a high school diploma or GED.
MA DEEC teacher certification (Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care) required.
At least 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool (preferred).
CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) for children.
Physical Requirements:
Must meet all health and safety requirements, including immunizations and physical screenings.
Position requires in-person work at an early education/preschool center.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $24.75–$30.20 per hour (based on experience, education, certifications, and location).
