Full-Time Positions Available at:

• Bright Horizons at The Prudential Center (Toddler and Preschool)

• Bright Horizons at Beacon Hill (Preschool)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop hands-on activities tailored to children's needs and interests.

• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.

• Ensure a safe, clean classroom by adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18 years with a high school diploma or GED.

• MA DEEC teacher certification (Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care) required.

• At least 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool (preferred).

• CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) for children.

Physical Requirements:

• Must meet all health and safety requirements, including immunizations and physical screenings.

• Position requires in-person work at an early education/preschool center.

• Reasonable accommodations are provided for qualifying disabilities.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $24.75–$30.20 per hour (based on experience, education, certifications, and location).
