The position involves managing budgets and ensuring that financial targets and performance indicators are met

• Ascertain that the club is following the proper signage concept in all departments and aisles, in accordance with the sign presentation that explains our signage concept in detail. Finish any signage that's missing before the club opens.
• Ensures the correctness of price modifications by designing and printing a daily price update for the club, including but not limited to clothing and fresh produce, before the club's opening time.
• Compile an inventory of the hottest items including 800/820/840 and Burris loads, and ensure that it is printed and made available for the night manager to act upon.
• Create pallet tags for the upcoming 800/820/840 loads and locate the specific area inside the receiving office where they should be placed.
• The daily electronic report should be your routine and you must ensure that the pull cards are present at their respective sales floor locations.
• Managing stock demonstration carts and related duties in MyWork.
• Properly manage the demo carts by making sure that they are always replenished and reset, while also closing out any incomplete tasks.
• Activation of the out-of-code program and the roster for discharging items weekly (San Francisco).
• Continual review of SF codes to stay up-to-date with compliance requirements.
• Follows all club protocols and regulations.
• Manages other duties as assigned, including supporting in miscellaneous departments as needed.
• A necessary function of this role is ensuring consistent and predictable attendance.

Qualifications:

• Possessing basic math skills is advantageous.
• Candidates with a background in cashiering or sales are favored.

Environmental Job Conditions:

• The vast majority of the time is consumed moving about on stable surfaces. Often entailing bending, ascending, crawling, tugging, reaching, stooping, and climbing up ladders or step stools.
• Lifting items weighing 30 pounds or less is a frequent occurrence. In the course of carrying out job duties, there may be instances where workers are required to transport heavy or unwieldy items exceeding the 30-pound mark, which will necessitate the help of fellow employees. Familiarity with the use of a pallet jack is vital.
• Constant changes in temperature, arising from both indoor and outdoor environments, can affect the body, as well as intermittent exposure to sub-zero temperatures in freezers and coolers.
• Regular contact with dangerous substances.

BJs Wholesale Club employs a fair approach to determine salary ranges, taking into account several non-discriminatory factors. The salary offered to the successful candidate will be based on several factors like their location, education, experience, and qualifications. This position has a pay range of $16.50 to $19.80.
