The Airborne Effector Production (AEP) Department focuses on delivering innovative and affordable electrical products and overseeing program execution, including cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering teams to resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
• Conduct testing and debugging of complex circuit card assemblies and electro-mechanical systems.
• Support development and sustainment of airborne electrical products.
• Ensure continuous improvement and address production challenges.

Travel Requirements

• Travel: Less than 10% annually
• Shift: 1st shift

What You Will Learn

• Gain knowledge of various electrical components, Circuit Card Assemblies, RF, analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design or analysis.
• Achieve RTX Core Certification and Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority (REA) Certification.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), with a minimum of 5 years of prior Engineering experience. A PhD can account for the 5 years of experience required.
• Experience:
• 5+ years in RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design/analysis or digital signal processing.
• Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations.
• Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with Electrical Engineering Design: Including circuit design, CCA assembly, electrical test, sensor control, and related industry specifications.
• Familiarity with Tools: Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, MATLAB, Mathcad, CST, HFSS, ADS, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers.
• Experience with Missile Systems: Communication transceivers, GPS receivers, and IMUs.
• Additional Skills:
• Experience in subsystems integration and test.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods for yield improvements.
• Leadership of small technical teams.
